Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders take 24 to 48 business hours to process, fill, and ship. Dynamic does not ship over the weekends or on federal holidays. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, with some exceptions. See the list below to see if we ship to your country. International shipping times may vary depending on the country and customs.
Q: How long will shipping to Brazil take?
Orders shipped by USPS to Brazil may be held in customs for up to 120 days.
Q: What if my order is “Returned to Sender"?
A: Dynamic Color is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred through the Return to Sender process (i.e. if the shipping address is input incorrectly by customer, or the package is rejected at customs).
